Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Romania, UK and Poland sent their coordinators to represent the partner organizations. Unfortunately Slovakia was not able to attend, but was included via online communication. Estonian coordinating organization was represented by two staff members.
We spent the first morning to get to know each other, introduce the organizations and build a strong network. To challenge ourselves, we visited the adventure park in Lõunakeskus and later on, tried out bowling, too. During the meeting we concentrated on our organizations, development needs and current challenges. All organizations presented their strengths and weaknesses, and set their aims where they want to reach. We gave each other suggestions and tips, and talked how we deal with different matters in our organization. Sharing best practices was inspiring for everyone. We also made workshops, to analyse how to improve quality of international projects in preparation, implementation, follow-up and evaluation phase. We agreed on the roles each partner is going to have in this strategic partnership, made a visibility plan and decided on next steps. Each partner set themselves concrete next steps for action plans in their countries. |
