Involve! Include! Improve!
A tricky energizer! The participants were asked to arrange their seats alphabetically, according to first name or in order of birthday month and date before starting the main activity. Than, the activity “A Step Forward” from the Compass Book was started. Each of the participants had a different profile: a retired man in a wheelchair, a gipsy or a rich manager… depending on some question given by the organiser you make a step forward or a step backwards. At the end the debate starts. All of this activities contributed to the personal development of the kids, but also of the volunteers by preparing the activities and improving the skills of talking and listening.
